About
Prue Miller is an author, journalist and ageing baby boomer who refuses to go into the dark night without a smile on her face!
A single mother of two teenage sons, I live on the north shore of Sydney, Australia in a leafy suburb just ten minutes from the beach and two minutes from the forest.
While the rest of the world seems to be hiding from the subject of ageing, I am dragging it out of the closet and into the light, ready for a good inspection. I hope this blog helps people join together to embrace new aspects to the process, new tricks, new gadgets and most of all a new attitudes. Baby boomers will want more than a hot water bottle and a good book to get them through the quiet years – we’ll want blu ray discs, theatre quality surround sound, zero pain, mouthwatering take out Thai noodles, hybrid golf carts and season tickets to the football, with priority parking for our carer. Reach for the stars!
Yes, it’s gonna be a wild ride. Let’s enjoy ageing unwisely, laugh like mad, accept nothing more than the best of care and leave as few regrets as humanly possible.
Leave a comment if you get a chance, I love to hear from you.
Cheers,
Prue
